​Standard delivery within Germany will take between 6-8 working days from when the order is placed and costs €5. Certain promotional offers may include free shipping.

Please be aware during a promotional SALE or holiday period, standard delivery may be 8-10 working days from when your order is placed.

 

EU DELIVERY

We currently deliver in all countries within the European Union.

A standard delivery service is available and we aim to deliver your order within 8-10 working days and costs €9. Certain promotional offers may include free shipping. However, if for any reason your parcel does not reach you in the stated time, please allow up to 15 working days from the date you have received your dispatch email to contact our Customer Service Dept.

All purchases will be made in Euro (€) and International credit card providers or banks will determine the exchange rate as required.

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY DURING NON-PANDEMIC PERIOD

​We currently deliver to Europe and Rest of World.

A standard delivery service is available and costs €15 . Certain promotional offers may include free shipping. We aim to deliver your order within 10-14 working days. However, if for any reason your parcel does not reach you in the stated time, please allow up to 18 working days from the date you have received your dispatch email to contact our Customer Service Dept.

PLEASE NOTE, ANY ADDITIONAL DUTY OR CUSTOMS CHARGES APPLICABLE IN THE DESTINATION COUNTRY ARE PAYABLE DIRECTLY BY THE RECIPIENT.

****INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY DURING COVID PANDEMIC PERIOD*****

Due to the COVID pandemic, international flights to send orders outside of Europe shipped by standard delivery are now sent by ship (boat) by most carriers (UPS, FEDEX, DHL, Deutsche Post), which leads to delivery time from 6 to 8 weeks. Only express delivery at the cost of €50 are sent via air for a delivery period of 6-8 days, excluding holding time spent in customs.

 

USING AN ALTERNATIVE DELIVERY ADDRESS TO THE BILLING ADDRESS OF YOUR DEBIT/ CREDIT CARD

​You can have your order delivered to a different address to the billing address of your debit/ credit card. You can enter the delivery address at checkout. Please ensure however that all details are correct before you checkout as amendments to your delivery details can not be made once your order has been placed​

 

WORKING DAYS

​A working day is referred as Monday to Friday. Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays will be dispatched within the next 1-2 working days accordingly.
